Its location was magnificent, 10 minutes' drive to Kidsburg Playground. In fact, the property was short walk to Giralda and the cathedral, and the Alcazar Palace, all the tourist spots, and many restaurants and eateries.
Tbh, rooms were a little dated.

Satisfied with the place, spent perfect 3 days here. The location was incredible to most tourist sights, and had everything you needed. It also was just next door to all the tourist spots, tapas bars and the cathedral as well as the river, and Seville has to offer. The staff was affable throughout the stay and that was accommodating to a late check-in and early check-out.

This was a boutique and excellent place to stay with my family members, everything was really good. Its location was excellent and perfect, 1 km from Barrio Santa Cruz. Didn't want to leave - I would like to stay here on the next trip.

The comfortable beds and spacious rooms were definitely a highlight of my stay. It was great to have such a comfortable place to relax after a long day of work. Additionally, the location was perfect. It was secluded enough to avoid the noise of the city but still conveniently located near key attractions. This made it easy for me to explore the city during my free time.
One downside that I experienced was a strong sewage smell that would occasionally appear. However, I learned that this is a common issue in Spain and not exclusive to this hotel.

This accommodation was reasonably priced. Lovely friendly staff that was accommodating to a late check-in and early check-out, magnificent location and private parking was very close. We loved to be there, it had a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and satellite television. Having a roll-in shower was great.

The property is boutique and nice, and we could see street from the window. Staff, they are all efficient and excellant, that was accommodating to a late check-in and early check-out. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. Guests can make use of kitchenette. It’s nestled in a nice building.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it was located in a central area, close to all the main attractions. It was convenient to be able to walk to the sights and not have to worry about transportation. the check-in process was quick and smooth, although the staff behind the counter seemed disinterested. But that's about it. Unfortunately, these two facts were not enough to make up for the terrible experience at this hotel.
Wow, what a disappointment! The rooms were incredibly small, even for a budget hotel.
